Terms of Service

Closevora helps you organize your database and draft communications. It is a productivity tool.

It is not a system of record for a transaction, not a compliance product, and not a substitute for professional judgment. Your MLS, brokerage systems, and the executed contract remain authoritative. Nothing here is legal, tax, lending, appraisal, or investment advice.

Every piece of AI-generated text in Closevora is a draft. Nothing is sent, posted, or published automatically. When you send a message, post a listing campaign, or publish a portal update, you are the author and you are responsible for it.

AI output can be wrong. It can state something as fact that is not, or phrase something in a way that creates exposure. Read it before you use it.

We instruct our AI models to avoid language that references protected classes, characterizes neighborhoods or who would “fit” there, or makes school-quality and safety claims. Those guardrails run on every feature that produces public-facing copy, and the coaching scorecard flags apparent missteps.

These are prompt-level safeguards, not a compliance review, and they are not guaranteed to catch everything. Closevora does not approve your copy. Fair Housing obligations rest with you and your brokerage, and liability for a violation is yours.

Closevora drafts messages. You send them, through your own phone, email, or systems. That means consent is your responsibility. Before you contact anyone, it is on you to comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state do-not-call rules, and any other applicable law.

This matters most in the Revival feature, which is designed to surface contacts you have not spoken to in a long time. A stale relationship does not imply current consent to be called or texted. Closevora excludes contacts marked do-not-contact from campaign segments, but that flag is only as accurate as what you record.

You keep ownership of everything you put into Closevora. We claim no rights over your contacts, notes, listings, or generated content beyond what is needed to operate the service for you.

You confirm you have the right to upload the personal information you add, including anything imported from another CRM, and that you will handle it lawfully. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is processed.

You agree not to:

• Use Closevora to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted
• Generate content that is discriminatory, deceptive, or misrepresents who you are or who you represent
• Upload data you have no right to, including a database taken from a former brokerage in breach of an agreement
• Attempt to access another user's account or data, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without contacting us first
• Script, scrape, or automate the AI features to consume capacity beyond normal use

Fair-use limits apply to AI generation, currently a daily cap per feature. We may adjust them, and will not reduce them in a way that disrupts genuine use without telling you.

Closevora is provided as-is, without a uptime guarantee. Features depend on third-party services — if our AI provider has an outage, drafting stops working until it is resolved. We will make reasonable efforts to keep things running and to be honest with you when they are not.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost business, lost commissions, or a transaction that falls through. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud.

You can stop using Closevora and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless doing so would be unlawful.

We will give notice of material changes to these terms rather than editing them silently. They are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Questions go to support@closevora.com.
